In this Appendix are indicated by 142 S.r.l. the economic conditions for the provision of services relating to the use of the MGC platform to Users.
At the time of the creation of a Goodie Pay, the User, as the Merchant, will indicate the amount he/she intends to pay to Good Clients for any Friend of Good Client (FGC) that adhere to their Benefit (“Amount B”). At the same time MGC will indicate the amount that will keep for itself as its remuneration (“Amount C”). Consequently, the Merchant will pay for each FGC an “Amount A”, equal to the sum of Amount and B Amount C.
As indicated in art. 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the license agreement of use of the Platform MGC, if Goodie is Pay, the 142 S.r.l. will bill the Merchant and collect by the Merchant an amount that will be calculated by multiplying the number of FGC that have redeemed the Benefit in the given period times the “Amount A”. Billing to the Merchant, and the relative cash-in, will take place at the passing of a threshold, set at € 20, which may change at the discretion of 142 S.r.l. Billing to the Merchant will periodically. Initially billing is monthly based, and may change at the discretion of 142 S.r.l. The invoice for the relative month will be issued by the 5th day of the following month.
As indicated in art. 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the license agreement of use of the Platform MGC, if Goodie is Pay, the 142 S.r.l. will pay to the User, as a Good Client, an amount that will be calculated by multiplying the number of FGC that have joined the Benefit and in the given period times “Amount B”. Payment to the GC will be requested by the User, and will be paid by the 5th day of the month following the withdrawal request. The User, as the GC, may require the cash-in at the passing of a threshold, set at € 50, which may change at the discretion of 142 S.r.l.
The 142 S.r.l. does not issue electronic money and does not provide direct payment services but relies on the following authorized operators:
The benefit, of a non-monetary nature, that the Merchant is to ensure the FGC is of various types and may concerns various sectors and types (for example, could consist of a percentage discount applicable to the service offered by the Merchant or in the use of free treatments, services, activities by the FGC, at the discretion of the Merchant).
